“Fitness and Nutrition is a Lifestyle!”
Now I know this may sound easier said then done. But, this is a motto that you should recite to yourself daily. Throw away the fad diets and quick fixes. Decide to make fitness and nutrition a part of your every day life.
One of the keys to achieving your health and fitness goals is motivation. That’s where I can come in.
My goal is to help you take the next step toward a healthier and happier you. During our journey together, you’ll feel my support as I gradually push you forward. You’ll feel motivated and empowered as you become more educated about how your body actually functions.
Together, we’ll go step-by-step by setting short-term milestones in order to reach your long-term goals. Our journey together is a process – not an overnight change. Keep these words in mind — moderation, variety, and exercise.
As a busy mom of almost 2 kids, myself, I understand how daily life can turn into a frenzy. But, believe it or not, by taking the time and making a commitment toward fitness and nutrition — you’ll have more energy, less stress and be more prepared to handle whatever challenges come your way.
I have been a trainer for 8 years and am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) — one of the most prestigious organizations in the fitness industry. I also earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Cal State Northridge.
