Therefore, you’ll never receive a “cookie-cutter” training program. Each program is exclusively designed for you based on your:

When You Train With Us…
There are a few things you should know about our training protocol.
First off, you’ll be working with a group of highly qualified and certified fitness professionals. Our backgrounds range from world class athletics and martial arts to championship level strength and conditioning coaching — with years of professional experience.
Hundreds of clients, including homemakers, students, athletes, corporate executives, body-builders, figure competitors and even other fitness trainers have achieved outstanding results while training with us.

You will receive step-by-step guidance and instruction on what you need to do in both the gym… and, in some cases, in the kitchen.
Depending on your goals and current condition, we will work through a well-rounded combination of weight training, cardiovascular activity and endurance training in conjunction with a realistic nutrition plan.

You will have access to the professional tools and accessories that have proven successful over time with hundreds of clients.
Our Daily Exercise & Nutrition Journal is a “real school” tracking log book that will keep you on track. This hand-written journal has also proven to assist with your “mind-body” connection — resulting in long-term habit and behavior change.
You’ll also gain access to proprietary, web-based, interactive software and other professional tools. They are all designed to help streamline your planning, learning, tracking, benchmarking and goal setting.

MENU & ACTIVITY PLANNER (MAP SYSTEM)
Almost all coaching programs include a proprietary, web-based software program called the MAP System (Menu & Activity Planning).
It’s is one of the most robust and flexible systems available for sports nutrition, weight-management and overall health.
Beyond personalized menu and activity planning, it also serves as an interactive education platform.
As you interact with the software and select foods, you will immediately see how your decisions impact your nutrition plan.
You will be able to login to the system from your home, office or anywhere there is a computer or mobile device. And, we can login together at the same time during online consulting sessions.

Whether you are interested in weight-management or becoming an elite athlete, understanding human physiology and how your body responds to activity and nutrition is the key.
WMU-101 is a 12-session curriculum that explains the physiology behind everything from digestion to weight-training in easy-to-understand terms.
